GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
This contract is valid from the moment the customer accepts the terms and conditions on the natiflow.com website or upon approval of the order by telephone. It is a distance contract in accordance with Article 50 et seq.Del D.Lgs.6 September 2005 n.206 (consumer code). The contract has as its object the sale of goods occurred through the site Natiflow.com between the company Natiflow ( Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, VAT NUMBER: 03123730644) and the consumer (the customer).
The contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by the Customer of a purchase proposal issued by telephone or via the Internet following the invitation to offer contained in the site.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and described online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the customer at the price indicated on the site, at the time of the submission of the order confirmation, plus transportation costs, as displayed at the time of purchase.
Prior to confirmation of the purchase to the customer, the unit cost of each product selected, the total cost in the case of multiple products and the relevant transport costs and in case the prices are net of VAT the total of VAT will be summarized.

PRODUCTS DELIVERY
Products purchased will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. Always indicate a telephone number for any communications. (Delivery time within 10/working days) delivery time may increase for shipments outside Italy.
The customer is required to verify that the package is intact and undamaged. Only after such verification should the customer accept the delivery.
In the event that the package represents visual anomalies with respect to the above asserted, the customer must raise the objection directly to the carrier, do not withdraw the goods and send an email through the site to the company Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, P.IVA 03123730644

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The company Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, P.IVA 03123730644 guarantees the right of withdrawal for any reason from the purchase contract. To exercise this right you must send a registered letter with return receipt, email and get in touch with our customer service department via the options indicated on natiflow.com specifying the order number and which products are subject to return. All within 10 days of receipt of goods.
However, the right of return is subject to the following conditions:
1) The purchased goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and documentation and ancillary equipment), better to avoid labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product;
2) In accordance with the law, the costs will be borne by the customer;
3) Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer. We do not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured or untracked shipments (eg; priority mail);
4) In case of damage to the goods during transport, we will promptly notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods) to enable him to file a complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
5) If, on the other hand, the return is returned intact in all of the above points, we will refund the cost of the goods only (not the shipping costs) by bank transfer after 10 days of receipt of the returned goods.
For any dispute between the parties in this regard is competent the Court of the place of execution of the contract.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
The payment of the purchased products and the related shipping costs must be made by the customer when submitting the order confirmation by using one of the payment methods available on the site natiflow.com or through the payment method agreed by email or telephone.
ATTENTION : The account is charged at the time of the order in the case of purchase by credit card. In the case of Bank Transfer or Check/Money Order we will proceed with the delivery of the material once we receive the credit on our account.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
1) In the event that, for any reason ditta Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, P.IVA 03123730644, is not able to replace a product under warranty (restored or replaced), may proceed, with the consent of the Customer, to the replacement of the product itself (if still in the price list) or with another of equal characteristics and value or, finally, the issuance of a voucher of equal amount spendable on another product valid for 6 months from the time of issue.

2) No damage can be claimed to company Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, P.IVA 03123730644 for any delays in the replacement of products under warranty.

3) In cases where the application of warranties provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to put it in a second box; it should be avoided in all cases the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product.
