Returns and Refunds

RIGHT OF RETURN AND REFUND
The company Natiflow (Manzelli Domenico, Contrada Malvizza 80, Montecalvo Irpino (AV) Cap 83037, VAT NUMBER: 03123730644) guarantees the right to return and refund for any reason from the purchase contract Reference is made to Legislative Decree 206/2005. To exercise this right you must send a registered letter A/R, an email and get in touch with our customer service through the options indicated on the site natiflow.com specifying the order number and which products are subject to return. All within 10 days of receipt of goods.

However,the right of return and refund is subject to the following conditions:

1) The purchased goods must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation and ancillary equipment), better to avoid labels or adhesive tapes on the original packaging of the product;

2) In accordance with the law, the costs will be borne by the seller;

3) Shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is the full responsibility of the customer. We do not respond in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured or untracked shipments (eg; priority mail);

4) In case of damage to the goods during transport, we will promptly notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods) to enable him to file a complaint against the shipper of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;

5) If, on the other hand, the return is returned intact in all of the above points, it will be our responsibility to refund the cost of the goods only (not the shipping costs) by bank transfer after 10 days of receipt of the returned goods.
For any dispute between the parties in this regard is competent the Court of the place of execution of the contract.

6) The period within which the refund will be made (14 calendar days).
